Molliana Dust - Ow, That Hurt

Beware, Mollie lets out a bit of her emotions here and you get to find out about her past! Yahooey! XD
~ Mara x
PS: Just a random question, how many of you guys believe that 'Beauty is only skin deep'? It's a debate topic for school tomorrow and I want to do a survey :)

Molliana Dust's eyes fluttered open and she groaned as she rolled over onto her back.

"That hurt," she mumbled as she sat up slowly. She rubbed her head and looked around.

"Dammit," she cursed as pain shot through her body. She brought her hand down to her waist and looked at it. It was covered in blood.

Molliana hated blood.

"Ugh," Molliana mumbled, wiping the red liquid onto her jeans.

Jeans were so stupid.

Why was she wearing jeans?

She hated jeans.

Molliana scowled and tried to stand up, then stumbled backwards until she hit a tree.

"Who put that tree there?" she muttered, trying to walk forward. She tripped and fell onto the hard ground, yelping as she did so.

"Gah!" she screamed, hitting her fists off the dirt.

Molliana had temper tantrums when she didn't get what she wanted. Even though she was 21.

"Damn you Serpine!" she yelled.

After a while, she sat up and crossed her arms moodily. She looked around. No Serpine. On the bright side, no singing Maralie Lily Charm either.

A piece of Molliana's fringe landed on her nose. Molliana glared at it, the stupid piece of brown hair laughing at her attempts.

Stupid hair.

She took a deep breath and pushed herself off the ground, swaying a bit. She squeezed her eyes shut, expecting to fall over.

After a few seconds, her eyes opened again to see herself standing up. Barely. But she was standing.

"Maralie," she muttered, trying to take a step forward, "this is your fault."

"Mollie?"

Molliana looked up from her book to see her sister, Liberty Star, blinking at her.

Molliana thought Liberty Star was a quite stupid name. But that was probably because it was her sister's name. And her sister was annoying.

"Yeah?" Molliana asked, sighing.

"You've got a letter," her little sister said, handing her a pink envelope. "From Mara."

Molliana nodded, sitting up and crossing her legs. "Thanks Lib,"

"No prob," Liberty smiled widely, showing the gaps in her teeth from when they had recently fallen out.

Molliana opened the letter as Liberty ran out of the room. She sighed. It was used with a One Direction stationary set. Of course it was. This was Maralie Lily Charm they were talking about.

'Mollie,
It's Mara... As you can see on the envelope. Well, uh, I'm just going to be blunt.

Mevolent's back.

Come to Ireland quickly, please. You know where Kessie's and my house is, right? Mmm, well, meet me there.

Love, Mara x'

Molliana gasped and with a squeak, fell off her bed. A few minutes later, she stood up and shook her head.

Mevolent was back?!

How was that possible?

"Lib!" Molliana yelled.

Footsteps came running down the hall. "Mollie?"

"We're going to Ireland," Molliana said as her seven year old sister opened the door.

Liberty's eyes widened. "But... But what's wrong with Cheshire?"

"Mara needs help," Molliana said, grabbing a suitcase from under her bed. She snatched some random clothes and put them into the case.

"But..." Liberty blinked her big innocent eyes and Molliana sighed.

"Lib, Mevolent's back."

Liberty's eyes widened. "The... really bad guy that killed dad?"

Molliana felt tears threatening to spill. "Mmm."

"Mollie?" Liberty said, watching her sister rush around the room, trying to pack up.

"What?" Molliana muttered.

"I... I don't want to leave,"

"Tough,"

Liberty frowned. "That's not fair."

"Liberty, please,"

"Just because mum and dad are dead, doesn't mean you can boss me around," Liberty replied angrily, crossing her arms.

Molliana froze. "I think it would be better if you stayed with Eleanna,"

Liberty nodded, happy that she wouldn't be leaving Cheshire and that she could stay with her best friend.

Molliana looked at Liberty for a few seconds, then held out her arms.

Liberty ran over and hugged her sister, tears falling down her cheeks.

"Please don't die!" she sobbed.

"I won't," Molliana whispered, stroking Liberty's hair. "I promise."

Molliana sighed as she fell to the ground again.

She was going to have to crawl.

Yay.

I hope this was okay... Thanks for reading! :)

  3. Beauty is more important as inner beauty. 'Beauty is only skin deep' is a nasty thing to live by and a bit vain if you ask me.

Nice chapter :) Keep up the good work.

  4. Great chapter!!!

And Beauty is not skin deep! There is inner beauty and outer beauty, inner beauty is more important! Inner beauty is what you look for to find a friend!

  5. Beauty is not skin deep. Why do you think nobody takes the time to construct prettier Hollow Men? There's no point to beauty if there's no personality behind it.

And this chapter was really cute! Great job, and keep writing please! I want to read more about Liberty Star!
