This chapter is for my Directioner buddy Ciara, who played Just Dance 4 with me even though she knows I suck at it. LOVE YOU CIARA xx
She had locked herself in her room and sobbed. Harry was gone. He had been kidnapped, or...
Maralie didn't want to think of what could have happened.
"Good Jesy," Maralie smiled, rubbing the horse. She neighed and Maralie jumped as a cry came from the shed.
"Harry!" she called, bolting over to the dilapidated building.
She opened the door just as shadows exploded in every direction (pardon the pun). She cried out and fell backwards, the shadows disspelling after a while.
"Harry..." she sobbed, falling to her knees, her heart broken.
Liberty and Eleanna had found her a few hours later, Liberty knowing about Jesy. Maralie told the girls what had happened, tears streaming down her face (heh. Moments lyrics).
Eleanna was panicking. She was horrified. Her brother could've been killed or anything...
She wasn't in the same state as Maralie though. Maralie was full-on heartbroken.
'Love is heaven, but it hurts like hell.'
Maralie groaned and grabbed her pillow. "Go away," she mumbled, still half-asleep.
"You need to get up," Liberty sighed, giving her a little shake. "You've been stuck here for days."
"Shush," Maralie muttered, rolling over to face the wall. "I'm tired."
"Eleanna's even over it," Liberty said, looking at Maralie's back. There was a cry from Eleanna's room and Liberty winced. "Okay, maybe not. But still. Mara, you have to find him."
Maralie's shoulders shook and Liberty realised she was crying. She sat down and hugged Maralie. "It'll be okay," she said.
Maralie hugged Liberty back and sat up. "Okay."
"What are you doing?" Liberty asked as Maralie walked over to her walk-in wardrobe.
"Getting dressed," Maralie called as she rummaged through her clothes. "Wouldn't want Harry to be saved by a girl in One Direction pyjamas, would we?"
"Harry!" Maralie yelled, charging through the cells in Mevolent's hideout. "Where are you?"
A Hollow Man came to intercept, but she stabbed it with her 1D pen and it deflated as she walked on, her mouth and nose covered to block the horrible smell.
Maralie was angry now. You could see it in her eyes. She wanted Harry back, and nobody was going to stop her.
Or, that was the plan.
Maralie came to a door and kicked it open, not caring that the keys were hanging on a hook beside her. She walked into a huge room. It was dark, and looked creepy. There was old furniture and a coffin in the corner. Maralie tried not to imagine anyone in there.
She marched on. A man wearing black clothes and boots went over to her and took out a sword. Maralie clicked her fingers and light flared in her palm.
He readied himself and Maralie tapped her foot impatiently.
"You ready now?" she sighed. The man looked startled. Maralie tapped his shoulder with her finger and his eyes widened as he struggled to move his arm. Paralysed.
Maralie tapped his legs and he crumbled to the ground, letting out a moan as Maralie stepped over him and walked on.
She heard a scream and froze.
That was Harry.
She ran down a corridor and listened again. There it was. She looked at the door it was coming from.
She was strong. She could break through the door. Unless it was reinforced of course. But she didn't think about that right now. She was going to get Harry.
Maralie kicked the door. She kicked it again. Once more. She hesitated, then twisted the door knob. It opened and she scowled.
She went inside and screamed as she saw Harry, hanging on the wall. She ran over and he cried out again.
"Harry," she gasped, reaching out. He stiffened as Maralie's hand cupped his cheek. His eyes fluttered open and Maralie gave him a weak smile.
"Hey Haz," she said, "I'm going to get you out."
Alright, Mara! *cheers*
This chapter was strangely hard to write. *frowns* Maybe because I think I broke my ankle and whenever I moved, it hurt. So that took up half of my writing time...
